It has a dull tangy flavor that is somewhat similar to carrots and cilantro. Combine micro dill with fish, egg, and potato dishes for delicate, sweet citrusy notes. Dill is packed with micronutrients that provide health benefits. For example, a 100-gram serving of dill boosts your vitamin A intake.
