PDF Microgreen Growing Cheat Sheets

We put freshly picked microgreens/herbs straight into our unparalleled, unprecedented preparation process, our goal to ensure our greens will retain all of the living vitality of the fresh plant. A portion of our process involves freeze-drying, the ingredients are placed into a low pressure vacuum chamber, and then only the water is gently removed via sublimation. We ensure that our powders retain their special enzymes, phytochemicals and antioxidants for  maximum nutrition.

Nutrients are the substances found in food which drive biological activity, and are essential for growth. Most studies support the majority of nutrients and minerals are at their highest in their raw status. We totally agree! A supplement is an addition to something that completes it or makes up for a shortcoming, **Micro Powders are a supplement,  food supplements are only intended to ‘supplement’ people’s diets and not replace healthy foods.

PDF Microgreen growing cheat sheets are my attempt to bring you a whole bunch of sources all unified and complete.  With the recent outbreak of Covid,  It is the perfect time to start growing our own vegetables and herbs. Whether it’s a personal hobby of yours, or you want to educate the children in the science of growing herbs and plants, its an activity you will enjoy and feel self-satisfied after the crops have grown. These work out well when you get the GIY grow kits.

If you have attempted growing microgreens in the past, you’ll know its not as easy as putting a seed in some soil or on a mat and hoping for the best. You have to bear in mind the temperature, soil, hardiness and lights, soaking, seed density etc. Microgreens in general prefer a soil pH of near 6.0 at germination in their water, soil or hydroponic solution. Most municipal water systems are too high (too acidic) in pH for optimum swelling and shoot strength. Larger seeds like sunflower should be harvested sooner (7-10 days) to avoid the stems getting woody. The estimated days for each of the steps below are relative and might vary according to your situation. Use them as a guide.

To get you ‘sowing in the right direction’, Microgreen growing cheat sheets will provide you with information on planting, care and harvesting, as well as some tips and tricks when planting in soil or on mat. This is a compilation of my experience growing micros, and what extra steps and advice I can share with you in regards to growing. I have listed all the best advise and common growing techniques in one easy to use PDF. Adzuki bean, Alfalfa, Amaranth, Anise, Arugula, Asparagus, Barley, Basil, Beet, Bok Choy, Borage, Broccoli, Bussel Sprouts, Buckwheat, Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Celosia, Celery, Chervil, Chia, Chinese Mahogany, Chives, Cilantro, Clover, Collards, Corn, Cress, Cucumber, Dill, Endive, Fava Bean, Fennel, Fenugreek, Flac, Kale, Kohlarabi, Leek, Lettuce, Mung Bean, Mustard, Nasturtium, Onion, Pea, Radish, Salad Mix, Spinach, Spicy Salad, Sorrel, Sunflower, Swiss Chard, Turnip, Wheatgrass.
